Shoots & Sprouts is a family owned farm located in the Pocono Mountains, specializing in organically grown microgreens. We offer many different varieties, from black oil sunflower and speckled pea-shoots to genovese basil and scallions, we have something for everyone! We offer several meet up locations, delivery options for our local customers or you can find us at our local farmers markets! Our microgreens are organically grown in Milford Pennsylvania and are delivered the same day they are harvested. Fresh!
